Richard has held this position since October 2016. Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants is an eight division hospitality group across both the Chatsworth and Bolton Abbey Estates in Derbyshire and North Yorkshire respectively; comprising hotels, inns, boltholes and a café/event venue. Each of the estates are owned and operated by the Duke of Devonshire. Richard is also on the wider Devonshire Group Management Board, which oversees all of the Devonshire Group’s Commercial and Charitable activities. Prior to this role (from 2010) he was Catering Operations Manager and subsequently Head of Catering and Retail, for Chatsworth Settlement Trustees.
