Emma joined 80 DAYS as Managing Partner in February, bringing nearly two decades of senior hospitality experience. Her career spans some of London’s most respected hotel names, including The Savoy, Dorchester Collection UK and Bulgari Hotel & Residences London. Over the years, she has led the launch of new properties, restaurants and bars, orchestrated strategic rebrands, and delivered complex repositioning campaigns – always with a sharp focus on storytelling, market relevance, and long-term brand value. At 80 DAYS, Emma leads client relationships, strengthening how the agency partners with hotel owners and leadership teams to deliver long-term brand and commercial growth.
