Sheila leads the marketing function at leaf HOSPITALITY, a growing hotel management company with a portfolio of branded and independent hotels. Since joining in 2022, she has been developing a scalable, commercially driven marketing and communications operation. Previously, Sheila held regional marketing roles at PPHE Hotel Group, operator of art’otel and Park Plaza Hotels (AA Large Hotel Group of the Year 2019-2020), and Hilton. She has extensive experience in multi-site marketing through periods of rapid growth, with a focus on new openings, re-launches, and brand development.
