Before joining Punch, Louise was a well regarded sales and marketing professional with the hospitality industry. Throughout her hotel career which has spanned more than 20 years Louise led sales and marketing functions at many hotels and groups including De Vere, Q hotels, splendid Hospitality Group, Thistle and other boutique and leisure properties. As the owner/ director of Punch, Louise now gets to enjoy supporting many hotels in their marketing campaigns and is passionate about creative ways to improve direct business contributions.
