Leading global market research firm Ipsos expanded its industry influence by merging with BVA last year, thus incorporating the substantial hotel sector expertise of BDRC’s long-established hotels team.  A part of that since 2011, having previously grown up working in hotels, James and his colleagues have led pioneering research in this domain.  This includes (but is not limited to) the Hotel Guest Survey (HGS), an international brand and consumer tracking studies that, like James, began in 1982.  In his session at NHMC, James will unveil compelling new insights into the evolution of the customer booking journey in the age of AI.
