Olivia has risen through the ranks at The Grand, York and seven years later, now sits as the Head of Marketing for the city’s only five-star hotel.
Taking ownership of all marketing, PR, and communication tools in order to raise brand awareness, share of voice, revenue, direct bookings and repeat business whilst keeping all activations in the luxury sphere, Olivia is a passionate, creative and exciting commercial asset.
Olivia is keen to introduce new platforms to improve the user journey, such as The Hotels Network, but also work with ethical brands like Velosophy, who support school girls in Africa with transport opportunities and launch exciting collaborations with luxury lifestyle brands.
