Having returned from The Peninsula Hotel New York during COVID, 26-year-old Matthew Wallace Jnr. is playing a leading role in the development of The Cairndale Hotel in Dumfries. The business is moving forward at a rapid pace and Matthew is helping make it one of the destinations of choice for visitors to Dumfries and Galloway. Focusing on hotel re-branding, marketing and refurbishment, Matthew was also awarded ‘Young Entrepreneur of The Year’ at the most recent D&G Life Awards
