Andrew Denton MBE, Comms, Content & Brand Director, Best Western Hotels GB

Andrew is currently Head of Hotel Services, helping independent hotels at Best Western to become more profitable through improved standards, guest experiences and maximising their brand stories.

Andrew has had a successful 20 year career in communications, brand, PR and tourism. He masterminded the marketing and communication bid to bring the Tour de France to Yorkshire in 2014, helped delivered the greatest Grand Départ in the Tour’s history, before moving to Best Western Great Britain.

Recently, Andrew was awarded the MBE for his vision and innovation, for turning hotels into hospitals and helping the NHS through Covid-19.
